This policy explains what information SocialOmatic collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us).
• Product details: your website address, the information read from it, topics, images and brand colours you add.
• Connected social accounts: account names and access permissions needed to publish for you.
• Post results: likes, comments, views and similar numbers from your connected accounts.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep your plan, status and number of accounts.

How we use it

Only to run SocialOmatic: writing and publishing your posts, showing your results, billing you, and sending account emails (welcome, trial, billing and weekly reports).

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting and database, AI writing and image providers, social publishing infrastructure, and Stripe (payments). We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, private images are only shared through expiring links, and each user can only see their own data.
