Read a site, refine sub-topics and reuse profiles.
Read and refine
Open Content → Topics and use Read website. Check the overall topic, audience and voice, then review the sub-topics you want promoted. If the site cannot be read, enter the details by hand.
Use active topics
Enable the sub-topics you want included and disable the rest. Add accurate details and a relevant page link for each topic. Each content profile has its own distinct sub-topics.
Reuse the right profile
Use the profile selector to choose, create or duplicate a profile. Assign a profile to an account so it promotes the right product or audience. Profile updates guide future posts, not posts already prepared.
